HB Series High Power Gearbox
HB gear boxes adopt a general design scheme, which can be changed into industry-specific gearboxes according to customer needs
Realize parallel shaft, right-angle shaft mode, vertical, horizontal general box. Using less components parts, increasing specifications models.
Adopting sound absorption material. Larger box surface area and large fan. Cylindrical gear and helical bevel gear adopt advanced grinding technology which can improved the temperature, operation reliability and the efficiency of transmit power with lower noise.
Input mode: motor connects flanged shaft
Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink-disc, hollow shaft with spline, solid shaft with spline and solid shaft with flange.
Mounting mode: horizontal, vertical, swing-base-mounted , torque arm-mounted
HB series products have 1 ~ 26 specifications, reduction transmission has 1 ~ 4 levels, and the speed ratio is 1.25 ~ 450. It will be higher when combining with CR, K and S series reducers.
